Depop UK Shipping Guide
Popular with Gen Z sellers for vintage and streetwear. Depop Shipping gives UK sellers a tracked Evri label (QR code or printable) in a few taps, or you can arrange your own courier with the 'Other' option and add the tracking number yourself.

How shipping works on Depop
Depop gives UK sellers two ways to ship. Depop Shipping is the built-in option: you choose a size tier when you list (Small under 1 kg, Medium under 2 kg, Large under 5 kg), the buyer pays that price at checkout, and after the sale Depop emails you an Evri QR code and shows it in the order. Take the parcel to any Evri ParcelShop or Evri locker, have the code scanned, and tracking is added to the order automatically; the order is marked as shipped at the first scan.
The 'Other' option means you arrange delivery yourself with Royal Mail, InPost, DPD or anyone else. Depop still expects a tracked service: you enter the tracking number in the app when you mark the order as shipped, and it cannot be edited afterwards, so double-check it. This is the route for parcels over 5 kg, for the Scottish Highlands and islands (which Depop Shipping excludes) and for sellers who prefer a Post Office.
Since 20 March 2024 Depop charges UK sellers no selling fee; buyers pay a marketplace fee instead, and card processing is deducted from your payout. Orders that are not shipped within Depop's dispatch window are cancelled automatically under the February 2025 terms, so post promptly. Evri's standard cover is £20 and Depop Protection tops that up on Depop Shipping orders, but for valuable pieces consider Royal Mail Special Delivery through the 'Other' option.
