1. What LockerRules is

LockerRules is an independent reference site. We publish guides, comparison tables and free tools that summarise the shipping rules of UK couriers (InPost, Evri and Royal Mail, including what replaced the former Yodel network) and marketplaces (Vinted, Depop, eBay, Etsy, Whatnot, Amazon and Gumtree). The site is written and run by Omair Sao, as set out on the About page. We are not a courier, a marketplace or a parcel broker, and we do not sell postage.

2. Information is for guidance only

We check our information against official courier and marketplace sources and show a "last verified" date on data-driven pages. However, prices, size limits and policies change frequently and sometimes without notice. Always confirm the current rules with the courier or marketplace before you buy a label or pack a parcel. Prices on this site are indicative and may differ from what you are charged at checkout.

3. No affiliation

LockerRules is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to InPost, Evri, Royal Mail, Yodel, Vinted, Depop, eBay, Etsy, Whatnot or any other company mentioned on the site. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the services being described.

4. Advertising

The site is funded by third-party advertising served through Google AdSense. Advertisements are labelled and kept separate from our editorial content. We do not endorse any advertised product or service, and we do not accept payment from couriers or marketplaces in exchange for coverage or ratings. 5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LockerRules is not liable for any loss or damage (including lost, delayed or damaged parcels, surcharges, or marketplace penalties) arising from reliance on the information or tools on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.

6. Copyright and reuse

All original text, tables and tools on LockerRules are protected by copyright. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote short extracts with attribution and a link back. Please do not copy whole guides or scrape the site without written permission.

7. Links to other sites

We link to official courier and marketplace pages and occasionally to other independent resources. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of external websites.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
